This exact corner of the historic Kings Hotel used to be the Hotel Bar and Lounge where skippers and boat owners came to unwind after a day out on the sea.
Today, you can relax in eclectic style while you flip through DSTV channels, veg out on the couch with a book or watch the passing parade of Kalk Bay through the clever one-way corner window.
Work from well-known SA artists adorn the walls of Harbour Place. Hanneke Benade, Gregoire Boonzaaier and Weyers du Toit feature prominently.
